Personel who served with Cpl. N.G. Dobson in Vernon BC 1944- 1946

Looking for anyone who maybe here that served in Vernon BC between 1944 - 1946 time frame. I know at the time Vernon was considered DANGEROUS WATERS, and would like to have any information about it. I know Cpl NG Dobson served with the West NSR but i have nothing on record of that he served there.
