Its a Russian advertising company is putting these videos out.  I believe it is advertising yogurt.

If you pay close attention to the video, you can see it is staged.

Yeah I figured it was staged - the monitors don't seem to have cables connected to anything.  Regardless, an office setup like that is not uncommon in the civvie world (and apparently NDHQ).
