Occupational Change for Reserves

Hey all, first time using the forums. Just a question on changing occupation in P Res. I'm over half finished my BMQ and I've been convinced to change my occupation from Infantry to Supply Tech. Any words of wisdom on when I can do this, or how to go about it?

Do you have a Service Battalion (or det of one) in your immediate area? If you don't, your request for OT will likely not be supported (a one-of unskilled Supply Tech Pte is of no use to anyone).

I don't believe so, but the unit has supply techs working within

Does anyone know if transferring trades would be the same for NCM as Officers? I'm going though a transfer right now and finished most of the paperwork, but since I'm new I don't want to post what I had to do if it wont be relevant (and I honestly don't know).

You can only OT once you complete your DP1.
