North American Union to Replace USA?

by Jerome R. Corsi
Posted May 19, 2006

President Bush is pursuing a globalist agenda to create a North American Union, effectively erasing our borders with both Mexico and Canada. This was the hidden agenda behind the Bush administration's true open borders policy.

Secretly, the Bush administration is pursuing a policy to expand NAFTA politically, setting the stage for a North American Union designed to encompass the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. What the Bush administration truly wants is the free, unimpeded movement of people across open borders with Mexico and Canada.

President Bush intends to abrogate U.S. sovereignty to the North American Union, a new economic and political entity which the President is quietly forming, much as the European Union has formed.

The blueprint President Bush is following was laid out in a 2005 report entitled "Building a North American Community" published by the left-of-center Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). The CFR report connects the dots between the Bush administration's actual policy on illegal immigration and the drive to create the North American Union:

At their meeting in Waco, Texas, at the end of March 2005, U.S. President George W. Bush, Mexican President Vicente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin committed their governments to a path of cooperation and joint action. We welcome this important development and offer this report to add urgency and specific recommendations to strengthen their efforts.

What is the plan? Simple, erase the borders. The plan is contained in a "Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America" little noticed when President Bush and President Fox created it in March 2005:

In March 2005, the leaders of Canada, Mexico, and the United States adopted a Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP), establishing ministerial-level working groups to address key security and economic issues facing North America and setting a short deadline for reporting progress back to their governments. President Bush described the significance of the SPP as putting forward a common commitment "to markets and democracy, freedom and trade, and mutual prosperity and security." The policy framework articulated by the three leaders is a significant commitment that will benefit from broad discussion and advice. The Task Force is pleased to provide specific advice on how the partnership can be pursued and realized.

To that end, the Task Force proposes the creation by 2010 of a North American community to enhance security, prosperity, and opportunity. We propose a community based on the principle affirmed in the March 2005 Joint Statement of the three leaders that "our security and prosperity are mutually dependent and complementary." Its boundaries will be defined by a common external tariff and an outer security perimeter within which the movement of people, products, and capital will be legal, orderly and safe. Its goal will be to guarantee a free, secure, just, and prosperous North America.

The perspective of the CFR report allows us to see President Bush's speech to the nation as nothing more than public relations posturing and window dressing. No wonder President Vincente Fox called President Bush in a panic after the speech. How could the President go back on his word to Mexico by actually securing our border? Not to worry, President Bush reassured President Fox. The National Guard on the border were only temporary, meant to last only as long until the public forgets about the issue, as has always been the case in the past.

The North American Union plan, which Vincente Fox has every reason to presume President Bush is still following, calls for the only border to be around the North American Union -- not between any of these countries. Or, as the CFR report stated:

The three governments should commit themselves to the long-term goal of dramatically diminishing the need for the current intensity of the governments’ physical control of cross-border traffic, travel, and trade within North America. A long-term goal for a North American border action plan should be joint screening of travelers from third countries at their first point of entry into North America and the elimination of most controls over the temporary movement of these travelers within North America.

Discovering connections like this between the CFR recommendations and Bush administration policy gives credence to the argument that President Bush favors amnesty and open borders, as he originally said. Moreover, President Bush most likely continues to consider groups such as the Minuteman Project to be "vigilantes," as he has also said in response to a reporter's question during the March 2005 meeting with President Fox.

Why doesn't’t President Bush just tell the truth? His secret agenda is to dissolve the United States of America into the North American Union. The administration has no intent to secure the border, or to enforce rigorously existing immigration laws. Securing our border with Mexico is evidently one of the jobs President Bush just won't do. If a fence is going to be built on our border with Mexico, evidently the Minuteman Project is going to have to build the fence themselves. Will President Bush protect America's sovereignty, or is this too a job the Minuteman Project will have to do for him?

Now we find out who really "stands on guard" for Canadian Sovereignty.

Do you want this to happen to our Nation?

This IS the plan of the leaders of our countries and within our lifetimes they will try to sell Canada out. It's happening as we speak under the radar of most Canadians and Americans. They will argue that Canada will have the benefit of "Corporate Investment" from big business in the US, but in reality, this is the equivalent of rape of our resources. They know where the Oil will be coming from in the future and they're taking a low-key approach to achieving their goals. Did anyone hear about this meeting held in Texas? A meeting where our destiny was  being decided without us? Are they going to ask what we think? NO. They'll just make us a Union one law at a time till there's no point in remaining separate entities. Ever wonder why Bush is allowing all the illegals into the US from Mexico? hy does he not care about border security? There is an easy answer- Because he doesn't want borders!

You can live with you head in the sand, or you can stand up for Your Country. What will it be?

The Minutemen Project?  You got your tinfoil hat on?

Oh my,  Manifest destiny has reared it's ugly head once again...aahhh run for the hills, run for your lives....

Well, Well, Well....

Didn't we lose our posting privileges the first time for posting crap like this _the saint_??!?

I could go on about you being a troll, which I believe, but to your amazement I will address
the issue at hand.

First, what source is that?  It's an article, but from where?  An article from the New York Times
might hold more weight than say... Now Magazine.

Wrong.  As stated before Bush has added the National Guard as recently as... a few days ago to help patrol the border against
illegal immigrants.  He really pissed off the Mexican community a few weeks back with his border and immigration policy that
he wants to apply to Mexico.

As for Canada, funny how new legislation in the USA is going to require BOTH Americans and Canadians who want to cross the border
to have passports.  No passport, no access.  Does this sound like someone who's trying to weaken borders so they can be blurred?

Some Senator in the news (sorry.. i didn't pay attention to his name) is very upset with Canada saying that we are hotbed for Al Queda activity
due to Canadian lax immigration laws.  The last thing some of them want is to have an open border with Canada because according to them,
it would weaken the security of the United States (and I think they might be right).  (saw it on TV, will try to find a good link afterwards)

Finally, there are no facts to back up any statement made in that article.  The article is all opinion based on conspiracy and fears of
US invasion over oil and natural resources.

You've bought their opinion hook line and sinker.  How do you know what our leader(s) want.  In our lifetime??!?  Does that
mean every other leader going into politics will want the exact same thing.  How do you know what future PM's and Presidents
want before they know themselves?

Welcome Back to posting.  I doubt it will be for long.

Blessings

Your source is pathetic.

There is nothing quite like a 2Lt with some time on his hands before he goes on course. I am one of those 2Lts. I did a little snooping about the author of the aforementioned article, Jerome Corsi.

Here are a sample of things Dr. Corsi has admitted to saying on "Free Republic" Bulletin Boards.

Corsi on Islam: "a worthless, dangerous Satanic religion"

Corsi on Catholicism: "Boy buggering in both Islam and Catholicism is okay with the Pope as long as it isn't reported by the liberal press"

Corsi on Muslims: "RAGHEADS are Boy-Bumpers as clearly as they are Women-Haters -- it all goes together"

Corsi on Senator "FAT HOG" (Corsi's word not mine) Clinton: "Anybody ask why HELLary couldn't keep BJ Bill satisfied? Not lesbo or anything, is she?"

Well done Saint. Is there anything else you would like to enlighten us with?

Ever since the WW II the world has been reorganizing itself into trading blocks. eg: Europe , North America, South America, Asia-Pacific, are the most recognized. What else is new.  ::)

It is also, slowly, forming commodity groups. eg: agriculture, oil & natural resources, pharmaceuticals, etc. This is a natural evolution of business. again what else is new.  ::)

If we work at it, we can find an ulterior motive for that fat guy in a red suit for peeking down our chimneys. Presents for the kids...gimme a break...he's a pedophile!!!

Thanks Bograt

I wasn't going to post some of his comments cause they personally revolt me.

Just shows you, anyone can get a PhD.  Hey, maybe I have a chance now that
I've completed my Masters...  ;D

Then anything I say will be credible and everyone has to believe me right?!?

If I wasn't laughing so hard at that pathetic article I'd nominate someone as our prize winner on TROll of The DAY.  Let's tell the folks what he's eligible to win, comtempt with a possible re-introduction to the warning system

Saint,

any more unsubstantiated, trolling crap like this and you're gone.

I can see it now.  A band of well armed teenage rebels defending what's left of Canada from the wilds of Algonquin Park.   :threat:  Maybe Swayze can sign on for this sequal.

Naah it would most likely be a CBC mini series with George Stromap..Stromb.. strombahthellwithitIgiveup, Brendon Fraser and Paul Gross as the heroic teenaged resistance fighters and Eric Peterson or Leslie Neilson as the crusty old beaver trapper guy who teaches them how to survive in the boonies, and/or the mindless gun control registry bureaucrat who sees the light and lets them buy a couple of .22s from Canadian Tire sans paperwork.

They of course would be a school hockey team not football and , could probably get away with using the costumes and props from the newly cancelled “The Tournament” to keep costs down.

In fact I’m sure the sets for Adventures in Rainbow Country and/or The Forest Rangers are still in storage somewhere. ::)

Doesn't he have National Guard at the border now?

Jake, moving NG members to the border was a politcal move, nothing more. Anyone who can't see through this has blinders on.

What are a bunch of UNARMED NG members going to do? Answer- NOTHING. There is mounting opposition to US immigration policy right now which has Bush and the Republicrats attempting to pacify the masses. It's not working. The minutemen are just one response to the influx of illegals. People in the US are starting to see through his lies and deception. The Bush administration has every intention of allowing illegal Mexican workers in to the US so that they can displace higher paid workers there- basically to support his corporate friends, as usual.

Alright Saint,
You have stretched the limit of what I will accept from you,....bring some proof for that last statement or you are gone.......and that clown you quoted will not cut it.

In other news, here is a bunny with a pancake on its head....

Yes, I know, he's one of the crazy right wingers, but I agree with him on this one issue. It happened in Europe so what's so "tinfoil hat" about it happening to North America? Ever hear of the European Union? The trend in the world is larger and larger Trading Blocks. I only fear this will eventually include Political Union and Military just as a matter of convenience.

the European union is a trading block NOT a country.
With NAFTA joining Canada, Mexico & the USA, we are a trading block at well
matter of fact, NAFTA was cobbled together before the EC was put together - the EC was put together because European countries felt threatened by our union.....

so what's your point?

Yeah.. and I agree with Hitler on his choice of paintings, but I would never use a source I don't agree with lest I
be put in the same boat with him.
