I am currently on a prohibited posting to the CFSME, on the BTL. In the email I was sent with the joining instructions, it is written that when I complete my BMOQ-L, I can ask for a change to a restricted or authorized posting since my phase 3 and 4 are longer than 180 days. I know the title of the memo I have to write, but have no idea where to start my search in the regulations for the references. Any hints on where to start looking?
