Mountain Man, Ironman, Iron Sapper, Surf N Turf

I have been around since 1991 in the CAF and have been fortunate enough to experience the Iron Sapper and Ironman and Mountain Man as well as a number of years in the Surf N Turn.  Being a former engineer (Str Tech, Wfe Tech and now a Logistician each one has its own share of ups and downs so to train for them you kind of have to take into account as to what is involved in each event.  I recommend if anyone does get the chance to try to participate at least once in each one of them.

Was planning on competing in MM this year...blew out my knee on one of the ruck runs a couple of months back. Maybe next year!
