Medical letter of doom

So I just learned that I am receiving the medical letter.

Long story short I have type 2 diabetes but it is controlled by exercise and diet (Meaning I have no problems with it, I take no medication of any kind and pretty much do the same thing as any other healthy person). My doctor said I was fit for the CF. I applied for DEO Infantry.

Is there anything I could do? This is killing me that I was found unfit.
