looking for biological father...Ken Doucette was stationed in Petawawa, Ontario in 1970...left for BC in late 1970...lived with my mother, Helen Williams near Petawawa...i was adopted in the 1980‘s while he was stationed in Cyprus...no idea what his rank would be...can anyone help?!?!?!
