looking for info on small medal/coin

Its a St. Florian Patron of Firefighters coin. On the reverse side it has DND/MDN then below that "0361" Just wondering what this is. I found it quite some time ago and found it again while cleaning out my junk drawers. if anyone has info on these please let me know.

Does it look like this?

I found that image on a site about CF firefighters. http://firehouse651.com/  It was captioned as "Our Fire Service coin", therefore I assume that it a challenge coin for CF/DND firefighters.  I have no other information about it.  As you have one with a number on it, it is likely it was issued to a DND firefighter in the past.
