Hopefully you can get more up to date info from someone who is there now, but in case you don't, as of Nov 05 it was $262/month for quarters. Couldn't tell you the fee for rations as I wasn't on the flat rate plan.
Most single students start out in SQs (they've got to be some of the nicest quarters in the CF), but I know of single folks who have moved into PMQs (they're fairly cheap) or bought houses - depending on the neighbourhood you can make a bit of money if you stay in town a while, and real estate in general isn't outrageous compared to some places.
