Looking for guidance. Retired a couple years back and finalizing some details for my last move. My wife and I are separating and I am not selling my present home. I asked Brookfield if I qualify for the Real Estate Incentive and was told no as I chose "elect not to sell" and my dependants would still be living in the old home. I cannot find anything on the APS 2010 that says this. Furthermore, my wife and I are separated and is no longer a "dependant" and my daughter will be with me. Am I being screwed around?
