Information (have I shot myself in the foot?)

I applied have to my local reserve regiment the 11th field RCA a few months back right when I turned seven-teen, in my rushed stupidity I applied to the regiment with a half a credit off of the basic requirements so I talked to the sergeant and the Lt and they said they'd continue my process of joining when (if) I got the half credit. So I am wondering if this would hurt my enrollment process or if they'd just think I'm a kid who jumped

You should be fine. I had a similar thing happen to me with my application, they changed the requirements, and I had to wait a couple months until I had the credit, and supply the CFRC with a transcript. No biggie.
