Icons on members profiles

I have no idea where to even post this question.  Anyways here goes nothing.  I have noticed underneath the names of people that post to the forums there are maple leafs, what does that signify?  As well, some people are members, senior members, guests etc.  What is the deal with that?  Feel free to move this to an appropriate location.  I will say this once again, great job on the site, and the countless number of times it has helped me and thousands of others.  Keep up the great work.

Thank you Sapper.  I wasn't sure how to define the search specifically for my question as I didn't know what it was about, and the words I did use weren't giving me the results that I was looking for.
