I don't know of the member in question, but if you have their service number you can find them through calling the Master Locaters office at NDHQ.  1-888-507-1111.

My condolences for your loss, but this is not a good forum to search out locations of folks in the CF.  We have no way of knowing your identity and we cannot pass on personal information.  It would be unwise.
