Help! Water & wastewater technologies

Hello!
I‘m a student and I am doing some research on wastewater treatment technologies particularly in the Canadian Army. I am trying to find a "list/directory/info" of the people who specifically take care of wastewater and water issues in the Canadian Army and that I could contact. I would appreciate any help.

I didn't notice the MOC listed on the DND website. Does the occupation still exist or did their functions get transfered over to other MOCs?
