Gunman in Iraqi army uniform kills 2 American soldiers near Mosul

BAGHDAD - The U.S. military says two American soldiers were killed when an attacker wearing an Iraqi army uniform opened fire near the northern city of Mosul.
A military statement says today's attack occurred at a combat outpost 20 kilometres south of Mosul.
The statement says three U.S. soldiers were also injured.
The attacker was killed.
