Hello, i tryed to use the search tool and dident quite find what i was looking for.  Right now i am 400+ LBS i seem to have my diet on hand, the whole eating the right food 6 times a day and all that but for the work out, i cant do pushups, situps, Should i just go on many walks a day intill i lose the weight first? or should i try sit ups and push up a few times a day anyways. Any information on this situation would help me greatly thank you

See a doctor, they will direct you on the best course to follow. I don't think you should rely on random people on the internet giving advice. There may be medical reasons why you are obese and a medical doctor can help you with that.
