The only difference is that the one that I have has a quad mag pouch instead of a triple. Bought it for a specific purpose, however it was not what I needed. $150 shipped anywhere in Canada...

Sorry, no it is not.  It is a modular shoulder holster with what is essentially a MOLLE/PALS panel on each side of the chest that can hold anything that is modular or PALS capable.  In this case it has a holster on one side and a quad pistol mag pouch on the other.  I'll try to take some pics but my camera "este fugaze"...
