Drum Majors and the Stadacona/Naden Bands

Quick question for those who may know:

Do the Stadacona Band of MARLANT and the Naden Band of MARPAC allow the position of Drum Major to exist in their units?  And if so, are the Drum Major appointment insignia worn on their uniforms?

I'm out of my lanes, but a couple of photos suggest they do have drum majors and at least one of them wears the insignia:

They may wear the accoutrement of  Drum Majors, but I have always (and only) heard them being referred to as Band Chief  or Band Petty Officer, depending on their rank.
