Dental Claim Procedure / CFSATE O/R

How would I go about getting the number for the CFSATE Orderly Room at CFB Borden? I got dental work done while on leave and I'm attach posted to CFB Kingston now, but the dentist I went to needs to contact the CFSATE O/R to confirm my posting there.

Is that standard procedure? Can anyone help me with this? It's my first medical/dental experience with the military so far.

Do you know the Base phone# for that extension? I'm looking, but I don;t have access to the DIN, so the info I find is limited.

ha!  I Just left Borden last summer...and "that place"  (the school) is there....One of those numbers I wont soon forget...
