Dana LeBoutillier or CD Girard 1991 Baden - know them? they witnessed a will

Buddy of mine - Pete Kampkey, ex-airborne AD died last month.  His family is having a problem with a CF will signed in Baden 1991 witnessed by a Dana LeBoutillier and CD Girard presumably URS clerks.  Anyone know them???
