Continuing education

Does anyone know of a link, or details about starting  correspondance courses through RMC. I've searched the web site extensively and have had minimal luck. It seems you can only start courses in Jan / Sept and it has to be part of a declaired degree. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Speaking as a guy currently on full time studies at RMC, all by correspondence, I should be able to help.  In order to take courses through RMC, you should register for the BMASc.  Every thing you need to know is here: http://www.rmc.ca/academic/continuing/programmeslinks_e.htm The specific form that you need is here:  http://www.rmc.ca/academic/continuing/forms/annex_m_e.pdf   This is a very simple process, and costs you no money.  Once you are accepted in the program, then you can start taking courses.  The deadline for registration for the Winter course (17 Jab-20 May) is 1 Dec.

When it says MOC qualified does that mean you have to have your basic trades training or all of your trades QL'S?

You need to have your trade course. For instance if you have SQ you do not qualify until you get your "trades" course.
