CMP - "Account Disabled"

I have recently submitted an application for DEO through the VRC.

I am currently trying to find information about the status of my application.

My VRC Officer has been very helpful through the application and usually responds to confirm when documents have been recieved that will go into my file.  However, after submitting a criminal background check from out of country, I recieved no such confirmation.  Additionally, when trying to log into my online application using SecureKey, a message reads "Account Disabled." 

I assume that the VRC is processing my file and they will respond when appropriate and that "Account Disabled" means that the online portion of my application is complete.

Can anyone confirm that my assumptions are correct or know what "Account Disabled" refers to?

Self-posting isn't pretty, but I've found my answer.

The "Account Disabled" notice appears because I have a service (application) number.
