I thought Ghillie suits were like Lightsabres - gotta make your own.

They are, However the base layer, what all the hessian gets attached to is now no longer whatever Camo pattern you could find (Mine for my Sniper was British) It's now a Cadpat pant and jacket. So the Ghullie suit itslef is made by the owner but the pants and jacket is is tied to is now supplie to the CF members in need of it.

Perhaps he's that 6'1, 300 pound guy that's been weightlifting that Binrat55 knows and is discussing in that "Airlines charge by weight" thread??

try 6'3" and 275, and didn't quite making it as a professional football player before joining the CF.

But close enough.

Funny how all the discussion is about the ghillie suits and not about the fig 8's or special cleaning kits.

That's 'cause we're all just a bunch of super-ninja-sniper-wannabees in our other lives.  ;)

Well, there was a bit of discussion about mag pouches elsewhere...
