Bowhunting on DND ranges/property?

Hello, I wasn't sure where to put this so I thought it might fit in here.
When I was taking a civi jacket into a local tailors, we ended up talking about the military - and he was wondering - because he is an avid hunter - who would he talk to about hunting on DND ranges/property, here in Manitoba, for deer? I said I didn't know but would try and find out. Any ideas?

Contact Range Control and find out when they open their Ranges and Training Areas to hunters, during the various Hunting Seasons.
