I am halfway through my weekend BMQ course and I would like to know if it gets any better or if it just gets harder.  The next course weekend we are doing NBC stuff and I imagine that we will be doing PT at 0445 with our gasmasks on.  Also, will SQ be more interesting, or will it be the same BS as BMQ?  And are there any tricks to cleaning weapons?  I heard that floor cleaner works well, but is illegal.  Also, what does it mean to "muckle onto something"?  And how long is summer BIQ?  Any help with these questions would be greatly appreciated.

search function works wonders...

Thanks man.......that really helped me.  Three section wants YOU as section commander because of the wisdom which you impart.

1.) your on WEEKEND BMQ and your complaining about difficulty? You will get no sympathy from anymember of this board I assure you.
2.) It's winter PT with gas masks if it happens won't be a big deal, imagine going for runs in MOPP 4 in the blazing summer heat of wainwright or shilo.
3.) SQ will be more weapons and tactics focused and less classroom
4.)Clean weapons the way you are told to, at least till you get to your unit where you will be shown extra little tricks that you may be allowed to use.
5.) Grab it, carry it, pick it up
6.)I'm armoured recce but I think its a month? (don't quote me)
7.) use the search function

And I want YOU to wind your neck in a bit before posting again.

There is a search function here that many find handy. There are also questions that have been asked and answered a million times before, hence the advice given.

More advice, don't get your knickers in a twist when someone offers an answer, do not mash the reply button to act like a hothead, instead of replying the way you did in public, try using the rport post function or PM one of the Staff. It just may make life more enjoyable here and will keep me from having to jump into these threads.
