Basic Kit List

Does anyone have a list of "to take" items for BMQ/SQ? I know I should be given a list from my home unit, but I recall a detailed list on here a while ago. I saved it to my computer, but unfortunately my harddrive went poof a while ago.
I searched searching all forums with a few key words with no avail. Thank you.

The unit that is sending you will give you joining instructions. These joining instructions will contain a list of everything you need.
