We have a line on newly made 64 pattern ruck frames, however I think the price is to high, but that's not for me to decide.

What's the most you're willing to pay for one?   They would sell at $180

About half that.  My wife bought hers in November for $75 here at an army surplus.  I got mine in Edmonton about three years ago for $50

Shit, the ones I got were like $20.  Whats the $180 one made of?

Saw a bunch in Detroit for about $20.00 ea. Shoulda grabbed 'em, I guess.

For $180 I would want the Frame, the Harness, the radio tray, and the Rucksack all inclusive.

I bought mine for about $20 at an army surplus store in the Lower Mainland.

I found one at an online military supply store for $40.

EDIT:  I bought mine over 10 years ago.  But the online one is still available.

I guess you are getting the survey you wanted.  At $180 a pop, you are going to go broke with full shelves of stock that is taking up space, storage costs, and not moving.

For $180, I'd want the pack to carry itself.

If the frame is a little more compatible with an 82 rig than existing 64's, then maybe... maybeeee... I could justify going up to $100.  But the two we've got here are lightweight and durable and do the job well.

Farmboy CP sells em for $40.00 a pop  ;D

TN2IC,

Does your old man really make em? How much? PM me?!
