1945 Original RCAF Avro LANCASTER MANUAL

For offer is an original Avro Lancaster Instructional course handbook used by pilots and crew during ww2.  These were provided to familiarize the fresh airmen with the operation of the aircraft.
This book contains 100+ pages, with many foldouts.  A great item for any aircraft or RCAF fanatic.

Reason for parting with item:  A duplicate in my collection.

I have other neat items willing to part with: ww2 Leather Pilot helmet, Tiger Moth manual, ww2 (CAP90) Drill manual, ww2 Meteorology manuals.

For sale or Trade!

What are you asking for it? It would make an excellent addition to my collection.

Perhaps digitise the manual ?

My father's cousin had a surplus Lancaster for a few years after WW2 - bought it for a song from Crown Assets in Southern Alberta - it sat for about 3 years dry as a bone then around 1948 RCAF bought it back and it flew on for another 10 plus years as a mapper plane up north.

Quite a story - apparently when they were clearing out operational trainers.

Hello,

I was wondering if by chance you still had the Lancaster manual for sale ?
If so I would be interested in purchasing it,

Cheers Glen
