What a terrible time for me to come down with a cold. It's making my workout/jogging routine atrocious. Hopefully it clears up sooner rather than later so that I can get back on track. Time is winding down quickly.

This is just all around good life advice. No matter what you end up doing, you can keep working on yourself, making yourself better and better. Even just a light workout routine can make you feel a lot more confident and healthy.

Echoing what others have said before me. It never hurts to arrive early and it is definitely better to be early than to be late. Make sure you get a good nights rest, and have a good healthy bit of food before you leave to get your body/mind going.

It's just aimed now at operational fitness. Can you repeatedly lift and lower sandbags, drag someone a distance while carrying a load, sprint and hit the floor quickly when needed, etc versus being able to do x amount of pushups/situps. This is also my view from the outside looking in. But the...
