Thanks DAA, but in the email I received with info about CFLRS and what to bring to BMQ, it mentions casual dress pants and casual dress shirts.

I'm running 5k 3x a week, sometimes 4x a week. At this point I feel my legs need a rest day in between runs most of the time. I can build up distance fine. I'll probably be near 7km by the time I go to bmq. However, I'm also doing lots of strength and endurance training outside of running. If...

Interesting. My file manager said that it would be 2 to 4 weeks for the background check to clear, and that's what we were waiting on. I was under the impression it was just taking towards the long side of that, and would be finished shortly after the 26th.

Looks like I'll be missing May 26th as well. Just waiting on my background check which was submitted in March... I was really hoping it would be done by now. Oh well, more time to train right? I just hope the next selection for WEng Tech isn't months away.

Have you considered options outside of Amazon EC2? In particular, I'm a big fan of Linode (https://www.linode.com/pricing) , and in practice they can be setup to behave quite similarly, where extra 'linodes' will be recruited to deal with spikes in traffic.

To answer your question directly, there are plenty of courses in later months, the website sometimes lags behind and that's why it's not showing past June currently.

Could you provide an expand on this? What do you mean exactly by "what the military is for",  any examples?
