Well, I said I would post the outcome of my actions. If anyone has been following some other threads they'll know where I stand. However, I never posted the outcome in this thread. I was made an offer for Crewman, I accepted. I start BMQ on the 6th of January. I can't wait to get this started...

Congrats!! DBrtka We may be in the same course. So far I've seen combat arms starting on the 6th and tech/mechs  on the 20th. I did an extra km on the run for May123 when he got his call. Now I'll have to do one for you too. -Chorn

Too right marinemech. Wouldn't say given though. I think we all had to earn the right to be trained to serve. None of us are ready to serve yet. That's what the next year is all about. Let's do it.

marinemech has is right, highschool I had a 55% average. College I earned a 4.02 GPA. I was capable just didn't care much for high school. Wish I had started hiking/backpacking earlier. Just started this year, had three good multi-night trips. Wish I had quit smoking earlier, or not started in...

Good job on all the other subjects. Math is a bugger but its pretty damn useful too. Even fractions and algebra and all that other stuff you never use. Going back after a long break is tough. Get it done though, the best part is after you get that GED or diploma guess what? You're done, you got...
