I was also DEC before PFL. What was the reassessment like? going through with March of Dimes all over again?  I was told my file was closed and no longer need Case Manager, off the Rehab now. 

is the disability tax credit dependant on income? who decides about a 2 year assessment? I don't see this in the VAC website policies anymore thanks

What happens after rehab is complete with no chance of improvement or  returning to work and have been declared DEC. Is there another reassessment later on? Also, not sure where I heard this But what about disability tax credit?

Another question on DEC/CIA Can one be 100% combined disabilities, both systems and not be DEC or CIA?

Where do you get the info about Severe and Permanent disability numbers for hearing loss? How do you calculate the DSHL?  I have a feeling didn't get the proper reassessment on my last hearing test. I have the results but don't know how to look and calculate them.

I had to do the mental and physical testing from march of dimes before all of this.  2 days physical and 1 day mental.

I think it has to do with time remaining, as in if career was cut short off 25 years.  From what I understand, if completed 25 years in service, one cannot be eligible for CIA.  That's the way I read it on the VAC site anyways.

No dependents education ever so who knows. thanks for the info.  Guess I'll never know.  Does everything goes in this file? where would I get other personal info? How long are military police investigation files kept for?

It's in myvac account but didn't understand withholds.  Got it now.  The other thing, I don't see a back pay, it should come soon I guess. But I do see added CIA and Supplement for next month. As for next year, we won't loose the supplement and these won't be taxable if I understand well? ...

CIA and supplement approved. Level 3 as expected.  Are payments backdated to application date?  What are withholds in financial benefits? taxes?

I’ve gotten 2 emails within 2 weeks notifying me that my application status was changed.  When signing into myvac account I see no changes. Anyone else getting these emails?

How about physical and mental? I just assumed that because I had 21 years in, I would be put at grade 3 regardless how severe confition is.

I’m 54% physical under veteran disability and 39% for ptsd under NVC. I have 21 years in. I have no idea where this will go.
