Just to update this thread, I have returned to the PWOR Archives and currently work at continuing the job of organizing and cataloging their holdings.

Yes, that is the former name for CFB Kingston.  This is a photo of the Depot, or recruiting Battalion, for the 21st Battalion CEF which was raised in Kingston in 1914 and went overseas in May of 1915.  The Depot stayed back for recruiting duties. Al PWOR Archivist

Just keep in mind that you may be dealing with a 12 year old asking when the First World War ended, or "Was Canada in the World War?" Do you scold them for asking a dumb question or do you exercise some patience and answer them? My choice most certainly is to answer their question, and explain...
