    PERs : All issues questions...2003-2019

I always back up the PER/PDR text in a word document. (on a Protected B Stick) I have learned my lessons in the past from corrupted files that wouldn't open.

Kind of a random question about a photo

During the mad scramble of action stations or exercising the warning shot organization. Its nice to have your own gear that fits. Bridge flak jackets and helmets will be marked by position thus the 12.7mm HMG operator has his helmet marked in the picture. and agree with Dimsums post

    Canadian Ranger Red Hooded Sweaters

Question to the Forum: I have had the privilege to work with the Canadian Ranger patrols in my career. I have the utmost respect and admiration for there skills, knowledge and dedication. I was at CFB HALIFAX and noticed a young sailor exiting A Block with a CRPG Red Hooded sweatshirt. I...

CISM-Conseil International du Sport Militaire 2011

I completely disagree with your post. I have no bias against elite athletes or athletes in general. I think that scare resources should be channeled to the many and not the few. when did it become the CF's mandate to sponsor elite athletes?

CISM-Conseil International du Sport Militaire 2011

In my humble opinion. (and I play unit level sports) The CF Sports Program needs to have a more pragmatic approach with resources diverted to unit and sub-level activities and sports. Nationals and Regional sports to me has no value but creating a have and have not mentality. I attend meetings...

what a huge waste of military money that has no benefit. Same as Regional and National Sports program. The PSP money should be filtered down to unit level activities to build teamwork and morale and follow there own DAOD's. Agree...approval trips......?

    OPME Rejection Notices

Other avenues of PD may include: BEW DL and POCT training at your local AJAG office. I did the OPME's as I knew they would have a great impact of my career. I tell my sailors to look into OPME's and then they forward me the RMC rejection letter and its a little disappointing. The forum is...

Any YTEP's still alive and kicking

I have heard of these mysterious YTEP soldiers. A couple of questions: What was the reason/premise for the YTEP and why did you join as a trade and remuster to another one? Did you have to go to Cornwallis or depot training upon entry? Thanks and to the YTEP's who have retired. Congrats

HMCS' Winnipeg and Fredericton award NATO medal confusion?

If you put the two links together: Freddie sailors should be wearing the GCS and the NATO African Bar for OP SAIPH.
