I applied janurary 25th, haven't received any emails from the Canadian forces. I emailed them and they said they were taking care of bag logged emails and applications..

My local reserve recruiter contacted me and asked if I wanted to do my FORCE fitness test, obviously I said yes. What does it consist of? And is there any way to prepare for it?
