Manulife Tax receipt

Good morning,
After a medical release in 2023, I was curious if manulife/sisip will be sending me a tax slip to submit for my personal taxes. There must be one available. Is this usually emailed or mailed? Approximately when do we receive it? Thank you.

Usually get it at end of February. If you have a my CRA account you will find it in there and they also mail a copy.
