WTB Arty Cap Badge

Have you checked out The Command Post (militaria shop on Government/Yates across from the Gap)?  Can't say as to prices or even if it's there, but they seem to have a lot of random stuff.

Officer's cap badge..... 12.00$ from the Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery Kitshop - Shilo MB

Thanks Geo I ordered 3 last night but theres about a weeks turn around on them was hoping for something a little closer to home to get one put up a wee bit sooner,    but then I guess the weekend is coming

only other thing I could suggest is talk to some of the other Arty officers who are in your unit.
One of them "might" have a spare copy he can let you have - pending delivery of your care package...
Lord knows I have done the same with my CME spare (I keep a spare "next one" beret @ home).

Be ready for for when the crown is switched to a kings crown (I hope they are planning a budget for this?)
I saw several Arty badges here:

I don't believe it's written anywhere that the king (or queen) is forced to wear either one or the other....

IIRC the King's crown & Queen's crown is a misnomer

Yup... one is the Imperial state crown and the other is St Edward's crown.

There are a couple of other crowns around - Imperial crown of India & the Crown of Scotland..... but I have great doubts either one of the latter would ever be used by a reigning monarch again.
