What to follow?

Hi Guys and Gals.

I applied before but never went forward; yesterday I reapplied for CAF Military Police. I have diploma in Police Foundation and over 5 years security exp. Anyways I applied last night at work and today I got the email to make a appointment, which I did requesting for the beginning of next month so gives me time to study.

Now here is what I need help with!
1) I have been out of the gym for couple of month due to working nights then moving into afternoon (hr travel each way)
2) I need some practice tests (I got the one off CF website) I
3) I have a learning disability should I send them the papers via email when setting up my test dates?

Currently working a lot (short staffed last 2 weeks i hit 104hrs.) but I get lots of downtime here since I'm mostly afternoons and nights.

Any ways any help and pushes is welcomed!! [ [

I personally do the small scale tests and I believe they've helped loads.
