Without a scale or another object for scale it's hard to tell what size it is  : ???
However, I have seen something like this before...I think it is a baby bird!  Dead,  :'( of course!

Also according to Foxnews there is a government animal testing lab near where the "monster" was found, government conspiracy I think SO!

I just recently read an article by that had compelling evidence that it was just a decomposing Raccoon, sure it looks like it has a beak, but that is just the angle of the photo, if you see it from a front view, you can see that it isn't a beak, but it is wider, and has a hole where a nasal cavity would be.

Looks more like a dead cat with its fur gone and part of its nose missing.

No body for scientists to study?  No one offering to selll the body for a profit to exhibitors?  Bah, hoax city time...

Perhaps a semi decayed squirrel, it does look as if the face is missing somewhat at the snout or what should be a snout. It also looks like it was set on fire to me.
