Maybe I'm just lucky, but I seem to be finding INT quicker than before, with little change to my attention to detail. (I sat here for a good five minutes trying to thinking of something else to write, but I think I summed up my question quite well. )

I noticed a jump when I went over 100 too, and I've been finding it a lot more on my missions. Maybe it did get bumped a couple percent.

I've noticed that I'm getting more too... but no changes have been made so either we're all lucky, or something weird is happening. I'm not going to chase this one down...
