Nope if coming from Sierra depot, they are from US Army stocks, so not the export model. The US wouldn't stockpile those

POTUS's walk doesn't belie his age. That's the walk of a older man doing his damndest to move a quick as he did when he was younger. Say what you will about him politically, but I don't see him lasting another 4yrs after this term is done.
