This just out today, canforgen to follow after supper,

NavComms who are, or have attended out sourced courses are now entitled to claim the difference in milage (if the milage is greater) up to a maximun of 5.5 Km per day.
(if the out sourced institution is between home and the normal place of work, thier is no entitlement as you got to drive a shorter distance) No mentiion of parking re-imbursment though.

Interesting

You mention "have attended"  I wonder if there will be any back date to that?

Honestly though I don't see why they should have to pay for the mileage, especially since its only 5.5 km's a day.  I would rather they pay for the parking, lunch and a hammock too!

Most sailors are giving up their free lunch, 10 am soup, and noon time nappy for those out sourced I.T. courses  ( :boring:).

I await the message!

as requested, from the looks of things it is retro active, from the looks of FL2 the ships all got this but none niether of the NRS sections, may be something someone still in the trade might want to pass around to ensure they get it given the deadline for claims.
