Transfere reserve to regular

Hi, i'm the reserve and i will be doing all my course this summer. I want to transfere in the regular after all of this. Anyone knows how many time it can take ? Do i have to talk with recruting center or my unit ?

From what I've heard there is two school of thoughts.

One is put it in right away with a transfer date after your courses and put a note on your application stating which courses you'll be on.

The other option is to wait until your course is complete and your mppr is up to date and then apply.  IMO I don't think 3 months is going to change much.  Personally I wouldn't expect your transfer to happen directly  after your course.  I'd advise your coc to see if they can assist you with employment after your courses either through a class b,  REO or a tasking.

The process is simple to initiate just a 2 page form on the DWAN.
