The Trews new video...Bravo Zulu!!!

I just saw the new Trews video "Highway of Heros."  Figured it deserved a better spot than radio chatter.  These guys are amazing and they really hit me with this.

So, as I said, I posted to my facebook and....get this, one of my friends whom I met in Borden last month (he was a mentor on the course I took) said he had never seen the video before but that HE AND HIS TWO TEAMS were in the video.  I thought that was amazing.

Very well done. It is nice to see the public initiating this. When you log on to the Video on the side bar there are other videos one is, I think Tom Brokoff doing a very nice piece on the Highway of Heroes and how they have nothing like it in the States

I tip my hat to the Trews, well done and where the profits go, BZ indeed!  I was surprised to see where I was OTW was briefly in there too at Deb-eh-Bagh, same time frame as well before the building was repaired.

Excellent songwriting and video from the Trews. I'm sharing this on Facebook. This one goes right up there alongside A pittance of time.


Brokaw's video is still on, I just watched it. It is indeed a good piece.

For someone who's been called heartless by his own daughters because I don't cry (I have a real thick skin), I've caught myself shedding few tear of late whenever I see patriotic videos like this. I was on the side of the road in my 1As when PO2 Blake's column drove by tearing like a toddler. It's good that my girls are not around when that happens. I do, after all, have a rep to protect when the boyfriends start to hover.
