SWAT vendor in Kingston?

Just curious if anyone knows of any SWAT boot vendors in Kingston?  Specifically I am looking to get my hands on the MEK 9000 model.

Size them there, and order online. Even with the mil discount I've found them to be much cheaper online.

Indeed, ive found a vendor in the US that will sell them for 119$ but wanted to make sure I had the right size before ordering.
