Looks like he was arrested for fraud in some sort of funding scheme for the wall.

Interesting.

The charges were filed by the U.S. Attorney Audrey Strauss from the Southern District of New York.

She is a registered democrat.

It’s kind of odd that the Bannon’s arrest was made five days before the RNC convention!

Edit - If charges are true then lock them up

That’s what happens when you donate to a crowdsourced campaign for something Mexico was gonna pay for anyway, I guess...

Some of those crowd funders may have been Mexican... ;D

The story goes that Bannon and his friends have already built a half mile of wall.
But the migrants just walk around it.
Serious doubts that this is a Democratic party political play at an opportune time!

Will Steve flip?

Seems that Steve's pardon isn't in the mail, so he might have to flip. And then this on the lighter side:

NBC News confirms: Steve Bannon was arrested by agents of the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, which is the criminal investigating arm of the Postal Service. @MSNBC

Here is the actual indictment against Bannon and his colleges:

So they collected $25 million and converted over $1 million for their own use. That's a lot smaller percentage than most charities allocate to "administration".

:sarcasm:

Typical political stunt by a democrat DA.

Sure, the DA is a democrat.  Does it make the charges less valid?

Also, "innocent until proven guilty" and all of that.
