Spec pay?

Does NAV COM or NE TECH get spec pay? I was just wondering which I should go for. I have a background and experience on Civi St. in both. I would like to eventually be on the Boarding team or ship's diver though so maybe NE TECH would be a better fit for me. Any input would be helpful.

This probably doesn't really answer your question, but I'm joining the forces as a Naval Communicator and I'm not aware of any Spec pay.
