SOA

Does anyone knows how does SOA works for both CSOR and JTF?  I heard they are in the range from $500 to $3000.  I also find the paid scale online but it is confusing.  Just wondering how much SOA is an CSOR and JTF operator going to make on their initial entry.  It SOA going to increase after number of years in the service like LDA?  Thanks.

SOA will vary depending on unit as well if you are an Operator,  Assaulter, Close Supporter/Specialist or a Supporter.

AFAIK there is no yearly increase in SOA,  it's just one set rate.


Right now,  going off your name I assume you aren't in the CF at this time?  So why at this stage are you wondering about SOA pay?  You might want to get into the CF first,  pass all your courses,  do your time in a unit,  then apply to be a CSOR Operator or JTF2 Assaulter... pass their courses.  If you make it that far and get posted into a unit then you can think about SOA... and you will find out how much you will get once in.
