Update: The Druzhina site (for Russian-Canadians with an interest in the military) is still up and running. Although most of the material is in Russian/Cyrillic, you can still read the pages by using an internet-based translator.
1. Open the site at: http://www.druzhina.ca/
2. Open a second web page to: http://babelfish.altavista.com/
3. Copy and paste the Druzhina http address into the Babelfish space titled "Translate a web page", set it for "Russian to English" and hit "translate".
4. The Babelfish translation will show you what you are looking at and give you an idea of what they are talking about and what links to follow. If the link breaks, just keep copy and pasting the web page addresses you want to see and translate as per your interest.
For those who didnt know, the title 'Babelfish' comes from the hilarious book by Doug Adams titled the "The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy". The Babelfish was a fictional type of fish you stuck in your ear and it would translate alien languages into English for you...
